I exhale, the tobacco courses thru the blood: a surge of adrenalin: the head swims, steps stagger, eyelids close, trying to regain control. Then the need to be on top ceases: I give in to the reeling : enjoy the rush : the world dissolves. I smile and want more.

Turn away, wash the poison off your system: allow the adrenalin to rush coz of the challenge: the head will swim, steps would stagger, use us and try and regain control.
You will then really be on the top: will never give in, will enjoy a new rush: the world will become clearer. You will smile and prepare for more challenges
